In mature democracy,becoming & being MP/MLA is relatively easy than staying as MP/MLA for more than 2 terms.
Rahul gandhi may become MP & primeminister for 2 terms.
But his staying as MP & primeminister for more than 2 terms is difficult as his words & decisions will boomerang at the end of 2 terms in power.
So anyone aspiring as MP/MLA & PM/CM must develop GOOD CHARACTER like me by disrespecting social respectfuls at first and respecting social disrespectfuls at next TO PREVAIL respected among respectfuls.

Yes! Vijay Mallya is declared "wilful defaulter" by ED and Banks. Does it mean that vijay mallya has duty to give answer to Arnab goswami questions ? Why don't media think that Vijay Mallya fled India because of heat caused by media ? Does Vijay Mallya have duty towards govt ED,Indian law courts and banks or towards Arnab goswami ?
