INC must act now against cheques above Rs.20 cr.

Indian National Congress(INC) is loosing votes every month after month.
So AICC need confiscate above Rs.20 cr.cheques to control money power in politics.
Holding wealth upto Rs.20 cr. is social(moral legal).
If INC don't control money power in politics,then police start supporting & obeying maoists orders.
Vote is strength of people's power every month after month over 60/120/180 months.

Yes! Vijay Mallya is declared "wilful defaulter" by ED and Banks. Does it mean that vijay mallya has duty to give answer to Arnab goswami questions ? Why don't media think that Vijay Mallya fled India because of heat caused by media ? Does Vijay Mallya have duty towards govt ED,Indian law courts and banks or towards Arnab goswami ?
