microsoft & google

Computer use became essential commodity in internet age.
Is there no need for computer software company(microsoft & google) owners to reply its customers questions on internet?
Customers preserve their valuable data using their software on personal computers.
Computer user need not be computer scientist.
Computer knowledge is entirely different from computer business.
Computer customers need not join computer institute to use computer.
Even if joined,institute owner may not know all about computer software of microsoft & google.
So my suggestion to microsoft & google is to enable replies to customer questions by internet.
