Medical science is inclusive social mind(of self thoughts,after thoughts,other thoughts & beyond thoughts).
Engineer means one who changes system from deception to truth.
Present engineers need learn bio & info. 
Teaching engg.,agriculture & medicine theory is different from practising them.
THEORY IS BY MIND OF SUBJECT.
PRACTICE IS BY THOUGHT OF EXPLANATION.
Both are needed in personal & social.

Yes! Vijay Mallya is declared "wilful defaulter" by ED and Banks. Does it mean that vijay mallya has duty to give answer to Arnab goswami questions ? Why don't media think that Vijay Mallya fled India because of heat caused by media ? Does Vijay Mallya have duty towards govt ED,Indian law courts and banks or towards Arnab goswami ?
