Minimum Rs.20000 is essential

For past 20 yrs,we 5 members of late k d kameswara rao family don't know taking things through asking for acceptance by wait among ourselves! That is our big social blunder. It is because of lack of minimum Rs.20000 with each of 5 members. Minimum amount Rs.20000 should be maintained by each at any time.

Yes! Vijay Mallya is declared "wilful defaulter" by ED and Banks. Does it mean that vijay mallya has duty to give answer to Arnab goswami questions ? Why don't media think that Vijay Mallya fled India because of heat caused by media ? Does Vijay Mallya have duty towards govt ED,Indian law courts and banks or towards Arnab goswami ?
