Politics is part-time profession with leadership qualities.
Govt. & parties should ensure it.
If parties can't get minimum % polled votes in two successive elections,they will loose recognition from EC.

Yes! Vijay Mallya is declared "wilful defaulter" by ED and Banks. Does it mean that vijay mallya has duty to give answer to Arnab goswami questions ? Why don't media think that Vijay Mallya fled India because of heat caused by media ? Does Vijay Mallya have duty towards govt ED,Indian law courts and banks or towards Arnab goswami ?
