How is indian freedom guaranteed? How is indian democracy guaranteed?

Indian freedom is guaranteed by M K Gandhi by seeing caste brahmins.
As caste brahmins start their day with swaardha alochana,abhaddha maatalu & mosapu panulu..

Indian democracy is guaranteed by M K Gandhi by seeing 33 cr.indian low working class.
As indian low working class unlike other nations low working class are not totally ignorant.
Indian low working class possess wisdom.
So indian low working class can be called wise ignorant.

Yes! Vijay Mallya is declared "wilful defaulter" by ED and Banks. Does it mean that vijay mallya has duty to give answer to Arnab goswami questions ? Why don't media think that Vijay Mallya fled India because of heat caused by media ? Does Vijay Mallya have duty towards govt ED,Indian law courts and banks or towards Arnab goswami ?
