Already income tax in India is low when compared with other countries. And again further INCOME TAX RATES CUT will be just to make citizens as honest tax payers thereby avoiding income tax raids. Govt laxity in law is to make public as discrete-minded and self-disciplined "by giving long rope to public". If citizens are not discrete-minded and self-disciplined,then govt will punish guilty. And that situation of misusing govt laxity arises,then nobody can stop govt punishment.
