   Does any B.Tech(mechanical) graduate remember how to drill a hole of 20 mm(for example) dia.?    To drill a hole of 20 mm dia.,one should not drill a hole with 20 mm dia. at first instance. ------------------------------------------------------------    PRODUCTION TECHNOLOGY:One has to use 'rough' drill of 18 mm dia.at first instance to make bore.And then he has to use 'fine' drill of 20 mm dia.at next instance to make perfect drill.  ----------------------------------------------------------     LIKE ABOVE,LIFE AFTER B.Tech.,TAKES TWO.     At first,B.Tech.,graduate need "be good with bad and bad with good" towards right character(feeling) development for upto 20 years(25yrs age-45 yrs age) in life to blossom.        At next,he will prevail as good with good and bad with bad as right feeling(character) mould after 45 years age for nameful-voice in social-system.
