Caste system is rigid like maoism. Satva guna,rajo guna & tamo guna are not qualities by birth but nurtured in socio-psychological growth. One side of coin is that caste system is NOT BEING democratic for child to select-nurture satva,satva-rajas,tamo-rajas and tamas in socio-psychological growth. Caste system may be FOR democracy. Other side of coin is that caste system will be becoming unscientific if it is by birth with composition of satva,rajo and tamo guna. Those who have brahma jnanam are brahmana(near to god/truth). "But brahminism(purity) is not by birth but by inculcation to perform hindu marraiges". Above statement has been told by many people in past which are other's words but not theirs.
