Caste system is rigid like maoism. Satva guna,rajo guna & tamo guna are not qualities by birth but nurtured in socio-psychological growth. One side of coin is that caste system is NOT BEING democratic for child to select-nurture satva,satva-rajas,tamo-rajas and tamas in socio-psychological growth. Caste system may be FOR democracy.
