 లేకపోతే క్రైమ్ రేట్ ఇలాగే పెరుగుతూనే వుంటుంది .

Yes! Vijay Mallya is declared "wilful defaulter" by ED and Banks. Does it mean that vijay mallya has duty to give answer to Arnab goswami questions ?
