It is govt duty to give judgement on other/s. How can businesspersons and law court judges give judgement on other/s at the ultimate ? Because people means personally-good character by socially-bad character.

Emergency means suspension of fundamental rights which are freedom of expression and freedom of lawful assembly and lawful.association. Emergency is for discussion among people at present end times against those who use public(Hindu) imagiantion(mythology) by those who are public imagination to public imagiantion. Just because people are entitled for public imagiantion about everyday govts affairs,those who are against govt should not use public imagiantion to come to power. Even if those who use public imagiantion succeeded to come to power at present end times,those who use public imagiantion to be in power will eventually be used again by those who are public imagiantion to public imagiantion to be in power(truth) at the ultiamte. Using public imagiantion is the worst sin in world.

O IAS / IPS officers ! There is difference between being Rama and saying Rama. That means it is not enough to say good but you have to be good while being bad with bad. Be high while being low class to low class. Otherwise it leads to the logic of birth of ROTTEN-MIND. So one has to be socially-bad character for personally-good character among self and all other/s.

That means even though people praise/worship you for their selfish ends,you must be discrete in controlling your response for their praise/worship. Otherwise you will suffer and you will be blamed for your suffering by people. You must grow your personal character by being socially bad character. Otherwise you only will be blamed for your sin of lack of personally-good character.

When voters are not voters,how can leaders be leaders ? A voter is not unable to be self in other. A voter by being other in self can't expect his/her leader to be different in representative democracy. If a voter mind does not become clear between self-deception and self-knowledge,how can representatives of his sense(aspiration) be clear ? After all,both voters and leaders must co-exist in same democracy.
