సర్టిఫికేట్ లేదా ఆఫీసు ఆర్డర్ లేకుండా ఎవరికైనా ఎలా ఇతరుల గురించి మాటలాడే అర్హత వస్తుంది? మీరే ఆలోచించి చెప్పండి . సర్టిఫికేట్ లు మూడు రకాలు . 1. ట్రేడ్ లేదా వృత్తి (దేశ భక్తుల ) సర్టిఫికేట్ ; 2. డిప్లొమా (మార్గదర్శక ) సర్టిఫికేట్' 3. డిగ్రీ (సమాజ శాంతి నిలబెట్టే ) సర్టిఫికేట్ . పై మూదింటిలో ఏదో ఒక సర్టిఫికేట్ మాత్రమే కలిగివుంటే మూడో వ్యక్తుల గురించి తీర్మానించే హక్కు చెల్లు బాటు అవుతుంది . సమాజములో చెల్లని మాటలకు-నాణెములకు-వ్యక్తులకు స్థానము లేదు .

Out of six mafias working now,khakhi(policemen) mafia need be dissolved at last. Indian National Congress is serving indian people. But above five mafias are coming in the way to serve people which need be eliminated by khakhi mafia to make people powerfuls(truthfuls).    

Relation is by 1000 people. One should be relational at first. Direction is by 5 ranks/levels. One should be directional at next. 

Cinema is treating personal and social angles only till now. It has to change into treatment of psychological and spiritual angles also. Otherwise cinema as influential medium will die shortly.
