SAYING NEGATIVE TO OTHER/S NEGATIVE IS POSITIVE TO PREVAIL NEGATIVE FOR SOLVING OTHER/S NEGATIVITY.

Antisocial/pessimist is enemy at war with social and vice-versa. My character is the social. But my appearance and being are antisocial.

The difference between anarchy(intelligent ignorance) and rule(knowledge) is small. So we should avoid generalising things and persons. WE SHOULD BE SPECIFIC NOW.

A social group person may oppose another group person in power. But he should not oppose system of jail and social. Here in case of y s jagan,he/his group should not celebrate his jail release. If so,any jailed person will celebrate his jail release even in y s jagan rule.

Only leader/s can conduct criminals. Police and law courts can't conduct criminals.

Lawful beings can conduct criminals. But criminals(lawful becomings) can't conduct criminals.

UPA govt made Y S Jagan to do crime,arrested him and released him. So public are fools. But Y S Jagan is not thankful to UPA govt on his release. Hence public need teach both a lesson in future.   

Tune is for lyrics but not for tune. Lyrics are for tune but not for lyrics. Both need wed. Otherwise words only.   

I am serving lawfuls and conducting criminals in society but not vice versa.

Whole world sole problem is intellectual ignorance of right character(one feeling). We should not be indiscrete and exposing.

Imperial(personal) police can't be social police. Personal mind(law) appears as social mind(law) but can't be so. PAIN CAN BE RELIEVED/SOLVED BY DOUBLE-PAIN ONLY. PAIN CAN'T BE RELIEVED BY SEDATIVE.

If heart is inflicted pain by mind,will heart get pain or not? Can anyone think about above question?

To barrack obama !                 Jurisdictional limit is complex of complex by complex for complex now.                 Your country is by other countries of other countries for other countries.  

USA people,their govt and their president barrack obama must know that their criminality is 'police inability to police themselves back' on killing other people in other nations. 

To barrack obama,         We can respect military but can't believe military.        So in case of syria,you should believe assad (syrian govt) on syrian govt version of truth about use of chemical weapons.       After all,syrian govt is responsible to its people.       You can't expect another govt to be criminal. Even it is criminal,its criminality will be dealt with its people.      At last,I wish to tell you that the other is as good as you.      You should resist and convince your country men who pressurise you to take military action against syria.     That is the real change for truth. 

మాటలాడుతున్న వారు మాటలాడుతున్నామని మరిస్తే నేరము .  వింటున్న వారు వింటున్నామని మరిస్తే నేరము .  ----------------------------------------------------- పోలీస్ వారు మాటలాడుతున్నామని గుర్తుంచుకోవాలి .  న్యాయమూర్తులు వింటున్నామని గుర్తుంచుకోవాలి .  పై రెండు స్పృ హలు పోలీస్ వారికి న్యాయమూర్తులకు సమాజమును చూడటము ద్వారా కలిగినవి అని మరచి పోరాదు .   ప్రస్తుతము పోలీస్ వారికి మరియు న్యాయమూర్తులకు న్యాయము కావాలి .  సమాజ అధికారము అంటే అదీ !  

ఎవరైనా  ప్రభుత్వమును అడుగుతారు.లేదా పార్లమెంట్ ను అడుగుతారు .  అంతే గాని న్యాయమూర్తులను గౌరవిస్తారు కాని అడగరాదు . 

పార్లమెంట్ కు ప్రభుత్వమునకు ప్రత్యక్ష సంబంధము లేదు. ఈ విషయము ఎంత శాతము మంది న్యాయమూర్తులకు తెలుసు ?   అలాగ న్యాయమూర్తులు రూలింగ్ ఏనాడైనా ఇచ్చారా ? న్యాయమూర్తులు చేయవలసిన విధులు చేస్తున్నారా ? ఓ న్యాయమూర్తులారా! పార్లమెంట్ సభ్యులు కూడా న్యాయమూర్తులే !   

సమైక్యత సీమ -ఆంధ్ర వారు కలిగి వున్నారా ? తెలంగాణా వారు కలిగి వున్నారా ? అనే విషయము వీధులలో ఆందోళన  తెలియదు .   తెలిసేది ఎలా అంటే జిల్లా పోలీస్ సూపరిండెంట్ కు శీలము (ఒకే ఫీలింగ్ ) గురించి  రాజ్యాంగములో ఫెడరల్ గా ఉంచరాదు అని విజ్ఞాపన పత్రము అందచేయాలి .  అప్పుడు జిల్లా సూపరిం డెంట్ పార్లమెంట్ కు సవరణ కు సిఫారసు చేస్తారు .       

వి శే ష ణ ము గురించి జర్నలిస్ట్స్ బాగా అర్ధము చేసుకోవాలి .  ---------------------------------------------------------- వి శే ష ణ ము చాలా సునిశి తముగా బాగా ఆలోచన చేసి వాడాలి . ఎందుకంటే అదే జర్నలిస్ట్ మరుసటి రోజు వ్రాసేది లేదా చెప్పేది ప్రశ్నించే విధముగా ఉండరాదు .  --------------------------------------------------------- అందుకని జర్నలిస్ట్ విశే ష ణ ము వాడే టప్పుడు సమతుల్యత పాటించాలి .  ఎందుకంటే జర్నలిస్ట్ ప్రజా ప్రభావమును కోల్పోరాదు .  జర్నలిస్ట్ గుర్థుంచుకోవలసిన విషయము ఏమంటే పాటకుడు జర్నలిస్ట్ వ్రాసే దానిని నమ్మడు అని .   అక్షరములను నమ్మరాదు -అమ్మరాదు .  అక్షరములు కలిగించుకొని తన నామముతో ఇతరులకు కలిగించాలి.  అదే జీవిత పరమార్ధము .  జర్నలిస్ట్లులు మరియు పాటకులు ఏది అతి అయినా వికటిస్తుంది అన్న విషయమును గుర్తుంచుకోవాలి .  చదువు అతి కారాదు .  తన మాటలు ఇతరులకు అతి కారాదు . అందుకనే జర్నలిస్ట్ అనే వాడు వ్రాసేది పాటకుడు చదవటము చేస్తున్నాడు .       

ఆంధ్ర ప్రదేశ్ రాష్ట్రములోని ప్రజలు ఒక వింత వ్యాధితో భాధ పడుతున్నారు .  ఆ వింత వ్యాధి పేరు ఏమంటే అతి నీతి మరియు /లేదా అతి భక్తి .  ఆ వ్యాధికి ఔషధము శీలము (ఒకే భావన ) కలిగి ఉండుట .  శీలము అనగా నిన్న -నేడు మరియు అక్కడ -ఇక్కడ ఒకే మాట .   

నలుగురిలో తాను నష్ట పోయినా లేదా తోటి వారు నష్ట పోయినా వ్యక్తి నోరు విడిచి నలుగురిని ప్రశ్నిస్తాడు .  అదే నలుగురి సమాజ నిర్మాణము .  కనుక మౌలికముగా ఎవరికి వారే నాయకులు .  ప్రజలు తమకు తామే అంతిమ నాయకులమని మరచిపోరాదు .  వోట్ ఇచ్చుట అనేది కేవలము సమాజములో ప్రాతినిధ్యము కోసము మాత్రమే .  పన్ను అనేది మన నలుగురి అనైతికత కు మూల్యము .  మనలో అనైతికత పోతే పన్ను మరియు అధిక ధర ఉండదు .  ---------------------------------------------------

రాజ్యాంగ మార్పు జరగాలి .  రాజ్యాంగ శీలము ఫెడరల్ నుండి యునిటరీ గా మార్పు జరగాలి .  ఫెడరల్ నుండి యునిటరీ అంటే ప్రజాస్వామ్య వాదులు తప్పుగా అర్ధము చేసుకోవద్దు . ఇక్కడ రాజ్యాంగములో రెండు యూనియన్ లు ఉన్నాయి. ఒక యూనియన్ వ్యవస్థ గురించి .  ఇంకో యూనియన్ శీలము గురించి .  నేను వ్యవస్థ ప్రస్తుత ఫెడరల్ గానే ఉండాలని కోరుతున్నాను .  ---------------------------------------------------- 1. నేను శీలము ప్రస్తుత ఫెడరల్ నుండి యూనియన్ గా మార్పు చేయాలని కోరుతున్నాను .  ---------------------------------------------------- 2. శీలము ఫెడరల్ గా ఉండబట్టే బరి తెగింపు కు ఆస్కారము మనము ఇస్తున్నాము .  ---------------------------------------------------- పై రెండు పాయింట్ లు న్యాయ నిపుణులు చర్చ చేయాలి.  అన్ని రోగములకు మరియు నేరములకు మూలము శీలమును యునైటెడ్ ఉంచక పోవుట .  ------------------------------------------------------ శీలము యునైటెడ్ గా లేనంత వరకు సమైక్యాంధ్ర -తెలంగాణా సమస్య పరిష్కారము కాదు .  శీలము యునైటెడ్ గా ఉంచటము కోసమే అమెరికా మరియు రష్యా మధ్య మూడవ ప్రపంచ యుద్ధము మొదలైంది .  మన వంతు ప్రయత్నము
