So when one has SELF-DIGNITY,then he/she can make all other/s in world as right characters,good quality and sensible name-earners for themselves "through being lawful ONLY to lawful/s" naturally. Hence SENSE(nameful mind) PREVAILS OVER VOICE(credit)(money). Dhanam Moolam Midam Jagath. But my point is that money if it can't have proper name and account head will be invalid money. Isn't it ? Anything in social system is,has to and will get REPELLED by "same thing in social system". So anything in social system doesn't exist as same thing in social system. SO ONE SHOULD BE "LATERAL(litigant)(appearing evil) SENSIBLE" against ABSTRACT LAW. Only then one will be successful to both self and other/s.

Govt knows that its people are not dogs and animals "even though dog-mind within people self are given RESPECT by both people and their govt system". DOG-MINDSET IN MATURE SOCIETY AMONG PUBLIC SHOULD NOT BE ALLOWED TO BE ABOVE 20% SELF WITHIN BODY POLITIC. That is why I antagonise Indian police towards retaining 20% self within among both Indian police and their general public.

If people are becoming their self(sensible mindful voice) in their self for their other/s,then everyone can be LEADER IN PUBLIC. One need not join electoral process to BECOME LEADER.
