Srilankan Tamils issue is not military issue but political (socio-economic ) issue. So it must be tackled politically by participating in elections through choosing a Tamil political party.

Vijay Prasad malla ! As there is no moral guideline by RBI against collecting public money,how can you collect public money by unaccountability ? RBI need not give guidelines to everything about public money because being Public morality while being lawful to lawful solves "being lawful" like you personally wrong character/s. So ultimately you personally wrong character people must commit suicide even though public appear as personally wrong character.
Ignorance is poison and crime. So a human being first social duty is to have personally right character(feeling). Personally right character(feeling) means that one should be right with wrong and wrong with right. Because wrong knows that it is wrong to itself and other/s which is right. And right doesn't know that it is not right in eighth quarter. That is why a human being first duty in society is to inculcate personally right character. Academicians must note or get lost if they ignore about personally right character. That's all.
