M k Gandhi and myself made adversary's strength as our strength to retain ourselves and all other/s as strong and knowledgeables so that there is no need for arms "proliferation" in world by America and Russia. Soon America and Russia are,have to and will follow/tread India path towards goal of world "everlasting" peace. Adversary to peace is not external to any nation "but within nation in the form of enforcing law and instructing law". Law is to be told for making sense among other/s. Law is not supposed to be enforced and/or taught. Law need not be enforced in mature society. Law is naturally respected in mature society.
అజ్ఞానము అనేది ప్రపంచముకు శత్రువు . కనుక అజ్ఞానిగా కనిపించడము ద్వారా ఇతరులను జ్ఞానులుగా ఉంచే వాడే "నిజమైన జ్ఞాని ". గుర్తుంచుకోండి ! ఇతరులలో జ్ఞానిగా ఉండే వాడు ఇతరులను జ్ఞానులుగా ఉంచలేడు .
Mind(complex subjective sense) controls matter in world. So one should inculcate mind which is quality which means sense at first,character which means sense to sense at next,mind which means sense to sense in sense at last for truth at the ultimate. Why there is need for Indian police which means people's psychological growth "even after people are psychologically full-grown".
ప్రపంచములో నకారాత్మకత అనేది గౌరవించే అంశము కానీ నమ్మే అంశము కాదు . నకారాత్మకత మరియు ఆత్మ వంచన లేకపోతే మనిషి మానసిక ఎదుగుదల పూర్తి స్థాయి లో కలుగదు . ------ 100% కరెక్ట్ లో 100% కరెక్ట్ కు 100% కరెక్ట్ గా అంటే 100% కరెక్ట్ కాదు . కేవలము 99. 999% కరెక్ట్ అని గ్రహించాలి . కనుక 99. 999% కరెక్ట్ ను నమ్మడము అనేది ప్రతి ఒక్కరూ చేయగలరు -చేయాలి -ఎందుకు చేయరు ? --------------------------- మైండ్ అనగా ఎందుకు ? ఏమిటి ? ఎలా ? ఎక్కడ ?
So free(dutiful) and truthful speech by name-accountability comes into existence.

So roots of corruption in multi-crore rupees in public domain is public representation of rotten(adamant)-mindset among those who enforce things. Rotten-mindset or Mafia is because of lack of internal enquiry and public explanation to any public accusation. Personal collusiveness is lack of social maturity with lateral sense. Both personal collusiveness and rotten-mindset are rampant among Indian police and US govt. So my prescription to solve personal collusiveness and rotten-mindset is to apply complex subjective sense on both. Isn't it ?

If a teacher wants to rule society,then society will be ignorant. So a politcian(ruler)(leader) has to rule society "by his/her lateral sense and why-what-how-where". All in all to all is some. One in one to one is some. APPLICATION OF ONE'S MIND BY NAME ON HIS/HER WORD SOLVES ALL KINDS OF INCONSISTENCY. Lateral sense solves all kinds of adversities.

Lateral sense solves all kinds of inconsistencies. Appear fear to fear. And be fear to fear in fear.
చెడు లేదా రోగము లేదా నేరము గురించి "నేను మాత్రమే బాగా చెప్పగలను ". చెడు అనగా మాట నిలకడ లేమి . అయితే చెడుకు "చెడు లో మంచి " గా కనిపించాలి . మరియు చెడు కు చెడు లో మంచిగా ఉండాలి . తద్వారా చెడు స్వయం నిర్మూలన జరుగును .
So believe 99.999% precise. Respect 100% precise. Difference between belief and respect is that belief can be answered if adversely questioned "whereas respect can't be answered if adversely answered".
అజ్ఞానము ఏమిటో తెలుసా ? 100% కరెక్ట్ గా ఉండుట . ------- 100% కరెక్ట్ గా ఉంటే చెప్పేది ఏమీ ఉండదు మరియు వినేది ఏమీ ఉండదు .
