I think that above argument is one-sided. There is difference between crime(illegality) and ill(immorality). ILLEGALITY IS UNACCOUNTABILITY. IMMORALITY IS INCONSISTENCY AGAINST ADVERSE QUESTIONS. Indian police and US govt don't know difference between illegality and immorality "Becuase both Indian police and US govt exist legal against their social immorality". World is maturing towards moral legality "because dignified name for self exists through cultivation of right character and good quality".
GRACE-MIND MEANS APPEARING BAD against being bad and appearing good. Grace-mind makes other/s as fearful and valour-minded. Purpose of human being is making both self and other/s as great(brilliant) BY being brilliant Indian police.
