Present media is responsible for greed in assembly. Becuase media is ignorant that assembly is public debate over all issues. Media still believes in pitting ruling party members performance and opposition party members performance against each other.

Assembly speaker should be more biased towards opposition which must have its say in govt affairs than ruling party which will have its way finally on govt affairs. Word fight will naturally aggressive and with freedom for opposition in assembly. Assembly is not ruling party office or govt cabinet. And media coverage on assembly proceedings need be more open-minded because assembly is nobody's place to have power and everybody's place to question before media and all other members wisdom.
Assembly speaker duties and powers in assembly are different from that CM duties and powers in cabinet. Assembly rules are different from that of "cabinet or company board of governors".
Ruling party in assembly and in govt should not be same. Main opposition party in assembly should not stall proceedings and go to speaker podium. These three points need be kept in mind to discuss public issues and speak opposition voice. There must be order in disorder as there is disorder in order. Purpose of law-making body is different from that of purpose of govt councii of ministers meeting. Here in assembly,opposition has more freedom than ruling party.

If a lawful(adminstrator/instructor) proposes marraige with a knowledgeable(leader),leader should not marry that adminstrator/instructor. Because dog(serpent)(fox) should not marry lion. People are confused about the end which is being and the ultimate which is prevailing. People should know that political power worldwide is one and the only one. But because it's complexing with public adminstrators,political power appears as two(bi-cameras). So I advise people that those who are truthful(powerful) need stay as truthfuls(powerfuls) while those who are no.2,self-deceptive and public adminstrators should stay as no.2 to no.2,self-deceptive in their self-deceptive and public adminstrators in their public administration which will "also" be truthfuls(powerfuls). At first,one should be cheating to cheating which is often confusing to lay men. But if same person has to be truthful(truthful) at next,those lay men will be clear about that same person.
