Eccentric mind is,has to be and will be made self-eliminated by appearing-eccentric mind to eccentric-minded people like street corner antisocials(Indian law court system) and Indian police. Eccentric mind is anti-establishment mind being pro-establishment sense. CENTRIC MIND MEANS PRO-ESTABLISHMENT MIND BEING ANTI-ESTABLISHMENT SENSE. Eccentric mind is poisonous mind. Centric mind is poisonous mind to poisonous mind.
ECCENTRIC MIND IS HUMAN WEAKNESS AND EVIL.
Indian policy making is different from American policy making. Indian policy making means mini-world policy making. Whereas American policy making is "appearing" as mini-world policy making. So Indian policy making should be reverse to that of American policy making. Or otherwise it will be made so eventually "because any sense which can't meet mind is not prevailance of sense". What meets eyes and ears is just animal mind or machine mind. What meets eyes and ears should meet its mind. Then only it is sensibility of mind.
2017 AD 2015 AD Brillaince of self-ignorance is that "self-ignorance solves itself" while solving social anarchy. Self-ignroance is "anti-establishment mind being pro-establishment sense" which means sensibility meeting ears and eyes only without meeting mind. ANY SENSE WHICH CAN'T MEET MIND IS NOT TRUE SENSE WHICH FAILS BY ITS OWN STRENGTH EVENTUALLY.
Does anybody know why nationality and nativity are essential things for human being even though human being is world citizen at first ? It is because issues of world people are not same in all places of world. Issues vary from place to place. So nationality and nativity are natural for human living.

Any voice is for belief in future by giving just respect to present "but not for belief in present by giving just respect to future". All politcal,party and people's election decisions will be taken for previalance in future "but not for previalance in present". Because HUMAN IS BELIEVER IN PREVAILANCE. Animals and machines are believers in previalance of present. That's the difference.

Nameless sensible mindful voice in material world is darkness. Nameful in sensible mindful voice is light which can make all other/s as lights. So my point is that any knowledge person believes in appearing as ignorant towards retaining self and all other/s as true self-knowledgeables by name. Being knowledgeable is just supposition which never prevails at the ultimate. How can both darkness and light co-exist in sensibility(complexity/adversity between "word","word to word" and "word in word to word") world ? Ultimate is positivity which is being adverse to adverse. So Brahmins,public administrators and business adminstrators ! Avoid belief in pessimism. Just respect pessimism in your arguments. Argument is not for argument prevailance. Argument is path from starting point of mind to make reach and stay at destination point. Argument should be non-violent or Buddhist path to prevail as true Hindu worldwide. Argument never survives beyond mega scale after which argument becomes stable sense prevailance among all by making ill(inconsistency against adverse questions) and crime(thinking two or diversity at first and one or unity at next) self-eliminate by themselves. Argument is heat which is necessary for sense stay. No heat means no taste in sense(name). Physicality has got everything to make mindful voice as sensible(nameful) by just giving respect to spirituality "for purpose of prevailance of GOOD SPIRIT" here on earth for there at eternity TO BE HERE AGAIN. So appear bad while doing arguments so that both sides will have WIN-WIN psychology in their self. REFRAME MIND UNDER ODD CONDITIONS SO THAT EVEN CONDITIONS WILL PREVAIL TOMORROW FOR BOTH EVEN SIDES. No hardworking means no sensibility prevailance.for humans. As humans have got higher mind among other/s,they should do hard work to become human again. Anything that comes easily for humans will go easily. Anything that hard goes hard.So earn name in hard way "BY AVOIDING SPEAKING OTHER/S KNOWLEDGE AND SELF-INFIDELITY. IGNORANCE IS NATURAL IN IMMATURE SOCIETY(MIND). SO M K GANDHI COMPLEXED IGNORANCE WITH "IGNORANCE OF KNOWLEDGE" SO THAT IGNORANCE(which appears as knowledge) WILL BE SELF-ELIMINATION MODE ALWAYS. IGNORANCE NEXT PHASE IS BEING ADVERSE TO ADVERSE. Being adverse to adverse is presently branded as selfishness by personally-selfish people like businessmen community. But socially-selfish people like Indian national congress believers think "being adverse to adverse" as end-stage towards self-seeking knowledge which is success in truth at the ultimate. Ignorance,being adverse to adverse are first steps to self-knowledge prevailance which is at next(ultimate).
IGNORANCE IS POISON. IGNORANCE IS GIVEN RESPECT FOR BELIEF IN KNOWLEDGE(information gathering complexed/made adverse with sensible mindful voice by name).
