Indian policy making is different from American policy making. Indian policy making means mini-world policy making. Whereas American policy making is "appearing" as mini-world policy making. So Indian policy making should be reverse to that of American policy making. Or otherwise it will be made so eventually "because any sense which can't meet mind is not prevailance of sense". What meets eyes and ears is just animal mind or machine mind. What meets eyes and ears should meet its mind. Then only it is sensibility of mind.

Self-ignroance is "anti-establishment mind being pro-establishment sense" which means sensibility meeting ears and eyes only without meeting mind. 

ANY SENSE WHICH CAN'T MEET MIND IS NOT TRUE SENSE WHICH FAILS BY ITS OWN STRENGTH EVENTUALLY.
