"బ్రహ్మశ్రీ " చాగంటి కోటేశ్వరరావు గారూ ! అత్యాశ అనేది ఎంత నేరమో తన స్వయం సంపాదన వదులుకొనుట అనేది అంతే నేరము అని సామాజిక -ఆర్ధిక శాస్త్రము చెప్పినది మీరు గ్రహించాలి . ఇలా వేదికలెక్కి జ్ఞానభోధ లు చేస్తే మీరు పెద్ద ఇల్లు మరియు కారు కొనలేకపోవచ్చు కాని ఉన్న ఇల్లు మరియు మోటార్ సైకిలు కూడా ప్రభుత్వము జప్తు చేయవలసి వస్తుంది మిడి మిడి జ్ఞానము ను ప్రోత్సహిస్తునారని అభియోగము మీద . చట్టము అనేది చెప్పే మాటలకు మరియు (చెప్పే మాటల చేతల ఔచిత్యము గురించి అడిగి నప్పుడు) చేసే పనులకు మధ్య పొంతన లేకుండా మిడి మిడి జ్ఞానము కలిగి ఉంటే అలా ఉంటున్న వారి మీద అభియోగము మోపకుండా ఉండదు . ఇలా ధర్మ ప్రవచనములు అనేవి అడిగారని/అడుగుతున్నారని అందరూ చెప్పుకుంటూ/శ్రవణ కాలక్షేపము చేసుకు పోయే ప్రమాదమును అరికట్టే ఆలోచన నుండి హిందూస్తానును రక్షించే ఉద్దేశ్యముతో భారత దేశము లౌకిక వాద దేశముగా ప్రకటించబడింది. గ్రహించగలరు . అజ్ఞానము (నేరము ) ఉందని చెప్పేసి ఇక స్థల సమ్మతిని మరియు వ్యక్తి సమ్మతిని వదిలి ఇలా జ్ఞాన భోధను తరగతి గది నియమముల

These people may not expect Indira gandhi's emergency declaration. But people expected it because same Indira Gandhi was elected again as PM of India by Indian people. To make society mature by itself by allowing self-elimination of evils,one must make more controversial twist decision/s at the end of part one towards making self-elimination of evil-forces(reactionaries and anarchists) at the end of part two to be success in truth(power) at the ultimate. That is social moral mechanism which has two parts for the ultimate. Democracy is not brilliance of judiciary but brilliance of voters. Likes of Justice V R Krishna Iyer can never understand Indian national congress political genius and programs.

These people will never know adminstration which is stemming rot at first through personally-good character while being negative to it at next through socially-bad character. Public adminstration in immature society is appearing(feeling) good while being bad during first four years in election term and being good in election year to continue in office forever. Because people need be made as both good beings and good characters at the ultimate. And public morality is that being good while feeling bad to bad.

Emergency was declared after Allahabad high court set aside PM Indira Gandhi election as MP. True ! But it is display of socially-bad character which means personally-good character. In Politcs and adminstration,public issues need be solved always through harsh decisions as both for it and against it. So those who are in power need be tactically-practically right and good. That means in other words those who are in power need always take decision as for(positive) to issue "while feeling(appearing) socially-bad just as emergency was declared because of Allahabad high court verdict against govt.".
