These people may not expect Indira gandhi's emergency declaration. But people expected it because same Indira Gandhi was elected again as PM of India by Indian people. To make society mature by itself by allowing self-elimination of evils,one must make more controversial twist decision/s at the end of part one towards making self-elimination of evil-forces(reactionaries and anarchists) at the end of part two to be success in truth(power) at the ultimate. That is social moral mechanism which has two parts for the ultimate. Democracy is not brilliance of judiciary but brilliance of voters. Likes of Justice V R Krishna Iyer can never understand Indian national congress political genius and programs.
