Indian National Congress is united party of diverse political parties.So its leaders & members have personal life(hence personal income) unlike other political party leaders,mediapersons,swamijis & maoists.  

All persons in city/world/district can't become all 6000 caste voices. One can be personal voice in social sense only as two.
