Whatever that is written till date is personal (one to one) which is selling words. To change other/s,one must change into social which is one-to-one-in-one which is.ruling words. SELLING WORDS IS CHEATING SELF. RULING WORDS IS BELIEVING SELF. O IAS and IPS officers ! Power is always decentralised as per constitution. Just you have to apply mind on your words for public files.How can light and darkness co-exist ? How can crime and law co-exist ? How can illness and medicine co-exist ? How can voice modulation and voice articulation co-exist ? That means you are not provoking other/s minds by your sense for social sense. You are just selling words and wasting your career time as lame duck against general public,other colleagues and politcal bosses ? How can social service organisations,charities,educational institutions and Indian law courts CONTINUE FOREVER if you(IAS and IPS) PREVAIL in social sense by provoking other/s minds towards making other/s as sensible among themselves.There is difference between "you of me"(moral-legality) and "you in me"(appearing-legality).

అజ్ఞానము అనగా టెర్రరిజం . ఆయుధము ద్వారా సత్యము( అధికారత ) లో విజయము సాధన చేయాలనుకుంటే అదే ఆయుధము ద్వారా అంతం చెంది చరిత్రలో మిగలడు . అయితే ఆయుధము మీద ప్రభుత్వము కు గౌరవము ఎందుకంటే ఆయుధముకు వ్యతిరేకముగా ఆలోచన (మాట ) (హృదయము ) అనేది ప్రజలలో కలిగించుటకు . ------ టెర్రరిస్టులకు వ్యతిరేకముగా చేసే పోరాటము అనేది "పోరాటము(ప్రశ్న)కు పోరాటము (ప్రశ్న )" కలిగించుట . ప్రశ్నకు వ్యతిరేకముగా అదే ప్రశ్న అనేది సమాధానము మరియు శాంతి (సమత ). --------- టెర్రరిస్టులకు వ్యతిరేకముగా రచన చేసే వ్యూహము అనేది నేను చెపుతాను . అజ్ఞానము (చెడు ) అనేది జ్ఞానముకు జ్ఞానము కలిగిస్తుంది . కనుక మొదటగా అజ్ఞానము (చెడు ) ను "అజ్ఞానముగా కనిపించేది " తో సంక్లిష్టత పరచడము (అనగా కూడబలుక్కున్నట్లుగా కనిపించడము ) చేయాలి . తరువాతగా "జ్ఞానముగా(మంచిగా ) కనిపించేది " తో "అజ్ఞానముగా కనిపించేది " వ్యతిరేకముగా (విరోధముగా ) కనిపించాలి . అప్పుడే "జ్ఞానముగా కనిపించేది " అనేది నైతికముగా బలహీనపడుతుంది . తద్వారా " అనైతికత అనగా అజ్ఞానము " అనేది స్వయం నిర్మూలన జరుగుతుంది .

Believe in spirit to spirit. Right spirit says that anything which has its thing doesn't have its thing at first. Good spirit says that anything which has its thing within will have its thing at next. RIGHT SPIRIT ENSURES MINDFULNESS AT FIRST. GOOD SPIRIT ENSURES USEFULNESS OF MINDFULNESS. Nara Chandrababu Naidu and y s Jagan ensure mindfulness in AP state and its people. But Indian national congress or APCC ensures usefulness for people's mindfulness in state after next elections. Usefulness in mindfulness is provoking other/s minds(not hearts as Indian police,Indian Maoist party,Bharathiya janata party,Telugu Desam party,Indian law courts are doing now) with sensibility(self-name) towards making other/s as developing sensibility(self-name) among themselves. No.1 is prime mover among numbers 1 to 10. If no.2 to no.10 are made themselves as mindfulness (lawfuls to stay in their order of positions) by pitting against next ten(1 to 10) numbers for their other next ten (1 to 10) numbers AGAINST ultimate next ten (10) numbers,then first no.1 makes all other no.2 to no.10 numbers as no.1 to every other no.1 among ten (1 to 10) numbers. That is true equality which retains self as self in self among every human being. Then humans self-earn themselves by making their words as much useful as much to other/s WILL BE ABLE TO CONTROL world(SYSTEM CYCLE),extract power by work(provoking other/s minds),design machines(for automatic running),build necessary structures TOWARDS CREATING SOCIAL(knowledge which seeks self) SENSIBILITY. Social sensibility is that hardships exist only for those who have capacity to bear those hardships. So no need of pity and dependence for suffering humans.
