Even Indian police should not conduct themselves ABOVE LAW. As Indian law courts are supposed not to conduct themselves ABOVE LAW. Mere dictum "nobody is ABOVE LAW" is criminal. One must specify about "who are not ABOVE LAW". Because one has to be the edge while becoming the edge to the edge.

For god's sake, MPs must do their job in parliament. Only minority members in parliament indulge in disruption of parliament proceedings. Majority members of parliament don't indulge in disruption of parliament proceedings. Democracy is majority rule(way) BY of course minority say. Minority members in parliament should note. Or else public will make minority members in parliament to be so later.

That means if one starts parliamentary career,he/she should go on winning parliamentary seat. Because public ideology is always APPEARING SAME TO SAME being different .
