కలెక్టర్ వ్యవస్థ అనేది బ్రిటిష్ వారు మొదలు పెట్టిన నప్పటి దగ్గరి నుండి హుందాతనముగా ఉండటము అనేది జరిగింది కనుక ఇంకా ఆ హుందాతనము ఎందుకు అనుకున్నదేమో ఈ కలెక్టరమ్మ గారు ! ఏది ఏమైనా వ్యవస్థలు ఎంత బాగా రూప ప్రధాన పతనము అవుతుంటాయో అంత బాగా ఏక కాలములో గుణప్రధానముగా బాగుపడుతుంటాయి ఇదేనా కలెక్టర్ గారి మర్యాద ప్రవర్తన ! మీడియా వారి ప్రవర్తనలో దోషము ఉంటే దానికి అమర్యాదపూర్వకముగా కలెక్టరు గారు ప్రవర్తిస్తే సరిపోతుందా ? నోరు మరియు చేయి ఉన్నది సమాజములో నైతిక సక్రమ భావన కలిగి ఉండి ఇతరులకు అది కలిగించడము కొరకు . మీడియా వారిలో సమతుల్యత లోపించిందని అందరికీ తెలుసు . దానిని అధిగమించడానికి కలెక్టరు గారు ఏమి చేయాలో మీడియా వారికి వివరిస్తే బాగుండేది .

మంట అనగా అజ్ఞానము . మంట అనేది జ్ఞానముగా" కనిపిస్తుంది" . ------ కనుక ఏ ఇంజినీరు అయినా మంటకు "వ్యతిరేక మంట కు అనుకూల మంట " అనేది చేస్తాడు . తద్వారా మంట అనేది ఉపయోగకరమైన పనిగా మారుతుంది .

Technocal knowledge means balancing of rotating masses. Technical knowledge means appearing as circle against encircling circle "which means freedom from other-s and empowerment of self BY SELF". Technical knowledge makes pessimism,regression,escapism,characterlessness and ill quality by themselves.

జనులు అనగా అజ్ణానులు యొక్క అజ్ఞానులు కు అజ్ఞానులు కొరకు అజ్ఞానులు వలన అజ్ఞానులు వద్ద అజ్ణానులుగా ఉండాలి కదా . అంతమాత్రాన జనులును చవకబారుగా "ప్రభుత్వ (ఇతరుల ) వ్యతిరేక వృత్తి(రక్తము ) కలిగిన ప్రభుత్వ (ఇతరుల ) అనుకూల ఆలోచన (చర్మము )(మాట )" భావన చేయటము వలన అలా భావన చేసే వారే సమాజములో రోజుకు 20 రూ . సగటు ఆదాయము కలిగిన వారుగా నిలిచిపోతారు కానీ జనులు చవకబారుగా అంతిమముగా నిలుస్తారు . ------ తాను ఎంతో అద్భుతముగా ఒక వస్తువును /ఉత్పత్తిని /సేవను /మాటను /ఆలోచనను ఇతరులకు అందించవచ్చు /చేర్చవచ్చు కానీ ఆ వస్తువు /ఉత్పత్తి /సేవ /మాట /ఆలోచన అనేది తనది కాకపొతే తనకు ఎటువంటి ఉపయోగము నిలుపదు సరికదా తద్వారా ఇతరులకు ఉపయోగము కలిగించదు . అందువలన ఆ వస్తువు /ఉత్పత్తి /సేవ /మాట /ఆలోచన అనేది తనదిగా "అంతిమముగా నిలువదు ". ----- భారతీయత గొప్పదనము ఏమంటే తనను తానుగా తనలో నిలుపుకొనుట మరియు ఇతరులను వారిలో వారిగా వారితో నిలుపుట. ఉదాహరణకు ఒక పులి కి జబ్బు చేసింది . అది ఒక జపాన్ వాడు ,ఒక అమెరికా వాడు మరియు ఒక ఇండియా వాడు చూసి ఒకరితో ఇంకొకరు తమ గొప్పదనము గురించి వాదించుకుంటున్నారు . జపాన్ వాడు ఆ
