Corruption or rotten-mindset is "lack of social(LITIGANCY)(knowledge which seeks self)". Corruption or rotten-mindset is nothing to do with governance which is representative democracy. Of course,Indian national congress election manifestos said about elimination of corruption or rotten-mindset. Pl.note that no timeframe was given for elimination of corruption or rotten-mindset as power is success at the ultimate(the end of the end) AND .NOT .BEFORE THAT. Governance is social being personal whereas corruption is because of lack of LITIGANCY among public.

That is nothing but truth(power) which is sought by everybody. But LITIGANCY(knowledge) which is must for any law(person)(mind)(work) must have prevailance only against knolwedgeable(truthful). Common people respect pundits. But rama(Ksr) is respected ONLY BY PUNDITS(Scholars). Because any knowledge must seek application,concentration and devotion of mind towards making pessimism,regression and escapism self-eliminate by themselves "if allowed to complexed with same". .
