If an elected govt.thinks that it can't stay & run anymore or it will not stay & run power in next term through present parliament/assembly,it can dissolve & call for mid-term election the very next day. Govt.may reflect people right.People may elect govt right.There is possibility that opposition members in parliament/assembly may not be right in present term.HENCE MID-TERM ELECTION IS ALWAYS PREFERED THAN PROCRASTRINATING WORLD ISSUES. But simultaneous election to both parliament & assemblies is mandatory to avoid wastage of public money.

LOGIC OF MID-TERM ELECTION:If it is not possible in present term of 5 years for INC,it may not possible in another term of 5 years for INC.

I say that 1).a moral leader sees friends in enemies and enemies in friends.So winning friends is not needed,2).a moral leader has power.So influencing people is also not needed.
