FOLK CULTURE IS GROUP CULTURE. Indian folk culture need be inclusive of divisive corporate HRD management. One can make concise and expand his/her mind,sense,voice and "vision. Corporate HRD people must note this and become social-democratic from their present imperial(feudal) culture. Days of imperialism and its other side which is communism are over. Days of humansim have already started.
To solve devil(ill)(socially-good character by personally-bad character),one should be devil(ill) to devil(ill) within. That means invoking healer(devil) within by devil(healer) is the best medical treatment in world. Pl.note that if you feel pain and suffering by meditation in any part of human body,pain and suffering will be induced and felt in that part of body. In other words,devil(ill) exists in one's mind.But it's manifestation is in one's body. So without making mind as socially-bad character by personally-good character,one can't heal devil(ill) within.
Even though there is thinking between writing and speaking,writing is by self after listening other/s. And speaking is between self and other through "four(name,tongue,eyes and ears) senses which form part of human being".
"Indian police who is being no.1" abstract-mindset is just reaching truth(power). But "moral leader who is prevailing as no.1 by being no.2 to no. 2" litigant-word-by-abstract-mindset is to reach and stay at truth(power). That is the difference between Indian police and moral leader.
