FOLK CULTURE IS GROUP CULTURE. Indian folk culture need be inclusive of divisive corporate HRD management. One can make concise and expand his/her mind,sense,voice and "vision. Corporate HRD people must note this and become social-democratic from their present imperial(feudal) culture. Days of imperialism and its other side which is communism are over. Days of humansim have already started.
