My Indian national congress "also" does lack narration-ability. As saying goes that those who do well can't explain well. That is why social reactionaries succeed at last in power because of their narration-ability. But as power is not just narration-ability,those who succeed inpower(truth) at last will not succeed in power(truth) at the ultimate. Seat of POWER is ANALYSING DUTY.

Yes! Vijay Mallya is declared "wilful defaulter" by ED and Banks. Does it mean that vijay mallya has duty to give answer to Arnab goswami questions ?
