As adivasis are under influence of Indian Maoist party which is being truthful "to prevail as mediocre-minded",govt is targeting and complexing woes on adivasis. That means if Indian Maoist party doesn't get patronage from adivasis and adivasis are being self in self and other/s "by avoiding being other/s in self",then adivasis will get their due rights on forest land sooner or later. And govt or Indian police will not terrorise adivasis anymore "by waging war on Indian Maoist party to defeat Indian Maoist party militarily as it believed". We(govt)(Indian national congress) always believe in "what you think is what you are" (yadbhavam thadbhavathi). TIT FOR TAT. Govt has sovereign power on all of its land within Indian borders. That sovereign power should not questioned by either adivasis or Indian MAOIST PARTY. Even Supreme Court of India is taking salaries from govt of India.So Supreme Court of India judgements on Indian soveriegnity in mature society is unconstitutional and non-operational.
