Law colleges need change to become information technology institutes. Law-pundits need know that CRIMINAL(antisocial)(ignorant) COURT CAN NEVER SOLVE CRIME.BUT CRIMINAL COURT CAN AWARD.HARSH PUNISHMENT AND HEAVY PENALTY to deter future offenders. O Supreme Court Chief Justice ! There is difference between crime and criminal. Crime and ill can be made to self-eliminate by itself through socio-political process in social-mature(humanist) democracy. Society has one and only one.political(congress) ideology of its own against crime and ill. But law court that works under natural(social) principle of justice enforces that one and only one(congress) ideology by weapon-holding. So law court system even though independent should not have freedom on society and its(congress) ideology.But law court system has freedom on ideology on enforcing procedures of punishment. There is difference between societal ideology(congress) and criminal(by law) procedures ideology.

How can any party govt writes-off credit? Farm credit need be linked with farm knowledge interview success. A farmer just can't get away with credit from bank by showing guarantee for repayment. A farmer has to show successful result on minimum crop period and minimum expenditure(say Rs.20000). THERE IS HUGE DIFFERENCE BETWEEN Rs.20000 AND Rs.1 LAKH. Both bankers and farmers should know that they are handling people's credit on which both are made responsible for its security(accountability).

Nara chandrababu perhaps thought that more than one child is personal and social burden. Yes ! It is right if a child is presupposed to be useless. But it is wrong if a child is made useful by proper parental and social guidance. Nara chandrababu naidu ! Human birth unlike tree or robo machine can bring about discrete society if psychologically properly grown with control limits by avoiding imagination(zero and infinite). Human is not automobile or information engine which takes input in and gives out output. Human is hand(heart)(sense)-skill being who can endeavour his self into harnessing matter(mass) into finite use. Never stay at mind imagination only but include and solve imagination in reality.

రూపము లేదా కనిపించుట అనగా మొదటి వ్యక్తి అజ్ఞాన కోణమును తరువాతి వ్యక్తి తన జ్ఞాన నేత్రముతో గ్రహించి మొదటి వ్యక్తిని ఏమార్చుట . అందరి ఇతరుల యొక్క తమలో ఉన్న అజ్ఞానమును తామే నిర్మూలన చేసుకుని జ్ఞానులుగా నిలిచే విధిలో భాగముగా నేను అందరి ఇతరులకు "అజ్ఞానిగా కనిపిస్తాను -కనిపించాలి -ఎందుకు కనిపించను"? కనుక నేను (అజ్ఞానిగా ) కనిపించేది ఇతరులను చారిలో వారిగా నిలుపుట అనే నా విధిలో భాగముగా మరి నా "అందరి" ఇతరులు (అజ్ఞానములో జ్ఞానిగా మరియు జ్ఞానములో అజ్ఞానిగా ) కనిపించేది నా దృష్టిలో వారి (వ్యక్తిగత వాడుక మనస్తత్వము) కొరకు మాత్రమే కాని సామాజికము కొరకు కాదు "కదా " ! ----------------- అంటే రూపము (కనిపించుట) లో రూపము(కనిపించుట) కు రూపము (కనిపించుట) అనగా గుణము (నిజము )(జ్ఞానము ) బహిర్గత పరచుట . అదే నేను ప్రతి రోజూ చేసేది . ----------------- ఎందుకంటే నేరము(దెయ్యము)కు నేరము(దెయ్యము ) పట్టాలి . మరియు రోగము(దైవము )కు రోగము (దైవము ) పట్టాలి . అంతిమముగా మనిషిలో మనిషి నిలవాలి.

If you mix all philosophies,that all-mixture of philosophies will collide and divide by themselves into true-nature. Who are you to decide about invisible god and any religion even though you may have right and duty to be religious and invisible super-human power called god? As there is heart has its heart within itself,let that heart within decide its decision. So secularism and religious intolerance by those in power are,have to be and will be "always" ignorance. It doesn't matter whether Indian national congress or BJP is secular and religious tolerant while in power or in opposition. What matters most is both INC and BJP have right and duty towards voter public to enlighten about secularism,religious tolerance and their constitutional mention and guarantees have nothing to do with Indian governance but with respective people's interpretation of secularism,religious tolerance and constitutional guarantees. No majority or minority community can't claim or ask about their personal(religion) in public as one can't show his religious(mind) character(feeling) to other but can only be felt by other.

కలిపికొట్టు కావేటి రంగా కాలింగ్ ! హిందువు రక్తము రంగు ఎరుపే . మహమ్మదీయుడి రక్తము రంగు ఎరుపే . క్రైస్తవుడి రక్తము రంగు ఎరుపే . భౌతికముగా ఒకటే అయినప్పుడు మానసికము అనేది భౌతికము నుండి వచ్చింది -నిలుస్తుంది కనుక ఒకటే కావాలి -అచుతుంది -ఎందుకు కాదు ? కనుక మతపరమైన అంశముల గురించి ప్రభుత్వము లో ఎవరు ఉన్నా ప్రభుత్వములో ఉన్నంత వరకు అజ్ఞానులే . మత పరమైన అంశముల గురించి ప్రభుత్వములో ఉన్న ఎవరైనా చేయగలిగిందేమీ లేదు మరియు ఏమైనా చేద్దామనుకున్నా అజ్ఞానులు చేసేది నడువదు -చెల్లదు . అయితే సామాజిక-మానవతా వాదముగా మార్పు చెందని సామ్రాజ్య వాద ప్రజాస్వామ్యములో కేవలము మైనారిటీ మతము పేరు(బుజ్జగింపు) లేదా మెజారిటీ మతము పేరు (బుజ్జగింపు) వాడుకుని అధికారములోకి రావాలని-నిలవాలని ప్రయత్నము కేవలము విఫల యత్నముగా మిగులుతుందని స్వతంత్ర భారత దేశము నిర్మాణము చేసిన రాజకీయ నాయకులకు బాగా తెలుసు కనుకనే భారతావని అనేది హిందూస్తాన్ అయినప్పటికీ లౌకిక వాద దేశము గా స్వతంత్ర భారత రాజ్యాంగములో స్పష్టముగా ప్రవచించబడినది. ఎందుకంటే అజ్ఞాని మాట నడువదు -చెల్లుబాటు కాదు కనుక . ఎందుకంటే మత పరమైన అంశములలో ఇది చదివే నీవు(వోటరు) నీకు అయి
