So Indian police can't make surrender lawfuls. In stead , Indian police will be made to surrender before indian lawfuls.

Dalits ARE intelligently protesting against their inequality problem by showing only symptoms of their oppression. Why don't Dalits self-realise root cause for their oppression ? Root cause for their oppression is their immorality(inconsistency against adverse questions). When there is immorality,there will be natural oppression. As there is natural oppression,there will be natural cry for libearation against exploitation by exploiters. So in stead of Dalits fighting against exploitation,Dalits are fighting against exploitors which is not at all SOLUTION. My point to Dalits is that if Dalits wants to get rid of their inequality,they themselves should avoid asking seats and job reservations. In stead of that,Dalits must learn to include exploitors to make exploitation self-eliminate by itself. Then only true libearation of Dalits from oppression and exploitation will be possible.. If Dalits go on ASKING rights of constitution and liberation "without including exploiters" will be "oppression by constitution" and "liberation from exploiters". O DALITS ! DO YOU WANT "OPPRESSION.BY CONSTITUTION AGAINST OPPRESSION BY EXPLOITORS" OR "TRUE LIBERATION FROM EXPLOITATION." ? Dalits have faced "exploitation by constitution" for over past 70 years of independent India. It is time to have true liberation for Dalits by including exploiters to make oppression and exploitation self-eliminate by themselves". Am I right ? Don't cry but INCLUDE to make exploitation self-eliminate by itself. Because voice,mind and sense can never simultaneously be made suppressed by anyone in world at any point of time.

స్వతంత్ర భారత దేశములో దళిత కులాల అభ్యున్నతి అనేది ప్రభుత్వ పరముగా జరిగేది ఏమీ ఉండదు -ఉండరాదు -ఎలా ఉండగలదు ? కేవలము రాజ్యాంగములో చోటు కల్పించి నంత మాత్రాన సామాజిక(మానసిక ) సమస్య ఆయిన దళితుల సమానత్వము (సాధికారత ) అనేది ప్రభుత్వము ఏమి చేయగలదు ? సామాజిక (మానసిక ) సమస్యకు భావపరమైన (ధనపరమైన )(విద్యా పరమైన సీట్లు మరియు ఉద్యోగపరమైన రిజర్వేషన్ ) పరిష్కారము అనేది శాశ్వత పరిష్కారము ఎన్నటికీ కాదు -కాలేదు -ఎలా అవుతుంది ? దళిత అభ్యున్నతి (సమానత్వము ) అనే సామాజిక (మానసిక ) సమస్య కు కేవలము సామాజిక (మానసిక ) పరిష్కారము అనగా దళితుల వృత్తి భావన ను ప్రతి రోజూ రెచ్చగొడుతూ తద్వారా వారి వారిలో ఆలోచన (మాట ) కలిగించడమే అని దళిత ఉద్యమ సంఘాలు గ్రహించాలి . -------

But to solve mediocrity in society,one should "appear as mediocrity" in stead of "being true-KNOWLEDGEABLE to public mediocrity". So people fail Maoists in their quest for power through armed struggle by their Maoism. SOLUTION to any mediocrity is in APPEARING mediocrity to any mediocrity "but not in being true-KNOWLEDGEABLE to mediocrity". DEATH TO MAOISM ! మాట అనేది భావన రూపములో ఉండవచ్చు . మాట అనేది వృత్తి రూపములో ఉండవచ్చు . మాట అనేది ఆలోచన రూపములో ఉండవచ్చు . అంటే భాష అనేది ఏ మాట నుండి ఏ మాటకు అయినా వెళ్ళవచ్చు . కనుక భావ పరమైన మాట అనేది వృత్తి పరమైన మాట తో సంక్లిష్టపరచబడినప్పుడు ఇతరులలో ఆలోచన పరమైన మాట అనేది కలిగించ వచ్చు -కలిగించాలి -ఎందుకు కలిగించలేదు ?

మనిషికి భాష ,చేయి మరియు ముఖము (నోరు ) ఉండగా సమాజములో సంక్లిష్టతలకు సంక్లిష్టత గా ఉండటము కష్టము అయిన పని ఎలా అవుతుంది ? నాయకులు సింపుల్ గా ఉంటారు . ప్రజలను సింపుల్ గా ఉంచుతారు . ------ సమస్య ఒకటిలో లేదు . సమస్య రెండులో లేదు . అయితే సమస్య అనేది ఒకటి కి ఒకటిలో ఉంది . కనుక పరిష్కారము అనేది "ఒకటికి ఒకటి " గా "ఒకటి కి ఒకటిలో " ఉండటంలో ఉంది .
