The day majority legislature party leader forms govt will be the end of partisan thinking of govt leader towards his politcal adversaries. Because people strength is behind CM of the day. PM Modiji ! Present level of defence research and development things are enough. From next union budget onwards,there need not be any further escalation of defence spending. Because world and India are getting now to its moral-legal terms.Any more pessimism on part of Indian govt will be counter-productive. Defence analysts must study as such.
