"How much percent learned people are there in India at present ? "is anybody's guess.Anybody who studies and holds PG degree in either mathematics stream or biochemical stream or literature stream MUST HAVE COMPULSORY DUTY TO.UPHOLD SOCIAL ORDER as per university rules for issuing PG degree. That means present "professional mind" which is face-to-face must change into "social mind" which is "thinking beyond" as well as you-me-he. That means ONLY SOCIAL MIND(ORDER) HAS RIGHT TO EXPLAIN/NARRATE MORALITY(consistency against adverse questions) IN CLASSROOM OF 40 STUDENTS AT FIRST FOR 20 YEARS AND IN SOCIETY AT NEXT FOR ANOTHER 20 YEARS. Any of three knowledge streams are of same social.value. But lack of application of subject for first 20 years (from 25 yrs age to 45 years age) is what makes difference from BECOMING immoral and BECOMING moral. Any stream of knowledge is OCEAN which is just 16 levels of depth. Truth is 16*16=256 levels(colours). LEARN ALL 256 COLOURS BY NAME AT FIRST. KNOWLEDGE(Veda) IS KNOWING ALL 6 LAKH INDIAN VILLAGES NAMES. To become any politician and PM/CM, one must know all 600 districts/cities names in India. Do Indian students feel that duty of running a country(govt) like India is like duty of running a shop/factory/corporate ? No. It is certainly not. Solution to corruption is "every body internal enquiry and external explanation" against any body accusation/allegation. Those who fight against corruption must temember that they themselves are corrupt in shouting against corruption. Solution to corruption is not in shouting against corruption "but in internal enquiry and external explanation against any body accusation/allegation".
