Whatever that is written till date is personal (one to one) which is selling words. To change other/s,one must change into social which is one-to-one-in-one which is.ruling words. SELLING WORDS IS CHEATING SELF. RULING WORDS IS BELIEVING SELF. O IAS and IPS officers ! Power is always decentralised as per constitution. Just you have to apply mind on your words for public files.How can light and darkness co-exist ? How can crime and law co-exist ? How can illness and medicine co-exist ? How can voice modulation and voice articulation co-exist ? That means you are not provoking other/s minds by your sense for social sense. You are just selling words and wasting your career time as lame duck against general public,other colleagues and politcal bosses ? How can social service organisations,charities,educational institutions and Indian law courts CONTINUE FOREVER if you(IAS and IPS) PREVAIL in social sense by provoking other/s minds towards making other/s as sensible among themselves.There is difference between "you of me"(moral-legality) and "you in me"(appearing-legality).

అజ్ఞానము అనగా టెర్రరిజం .
ఆయుధము ద్వారా సత్యము( అధికారత ) లో విజయము సాధన చేయాలనుకుంటే అదే ఆయుధము ద్వారా అంతం చెంది చరిత్రలో మిగలడు .
అయితే ఆయుధము మీద ప్రభుత్వము కు గౌరవము ఎందుకంటే ఆయుధముకు వ్యతిరేకముగా ఆలోచన (మాట ) (హృదయము ) అనేది ప్రజలలో కలిగించుటకు .

టెర్రరిస్టులకు వ్యతిరేకముగా చేసే పోరాటము అనేది "పోరాటము(ప్రశ్న)కు పోరాటము (ప్రశ్న )"
కలిగించుట .
ప్రశ్నకు వ్యతిరేకముగా అదే ప్రశ్న  అనేది సమాధానము మరియు శాంతి (సమత ).

టెర్రరిస్టులకు వ్యతిరేకముగా రచన చేసే వ్యూహము అనేది నేను చెపుతాను .
అజ్ఞానము (చెడు ) అనేది జ్ఞానముకు జ్ఞానము కలిగిస్తుంది .
కనుక మొదటగా అజ్ఞానము (చెడు ) ను "అజ్ఞానముగా కనిపించేది " తో సంక్లిష్టత పరచడము (అనగా కూడబలుక్కున్నట్లుగా కనిపించడము ) చేయాలి .
తరువాతగా "జ్ఞానముగా(మంచిగా ) కనిపించేది " తో "అజ్ఞానముగా కనిపించేది " వ్యతిరేకముగా (విరోధముగా ) కనిపించాలి . అప్పుడే "జ్ఞానముగా కనిపించేది " అనేది నైతికముగా బలహీనపడుతుంది .
తద్వారా " అనైతికత అనగా అజ్ఞానము " అనేది స్వయం నిర్మూలన జరుగుతుంది .
పైన తెలిపిన ప్రాసెస్ అనేది ఏకకాలములో జరుగుతుంది .
అయితే ప్రపంచములో పోలీసు వారు ,ఇతర పారా మిలిటరీ మరియు మిలిటరీ బలగాల ఉన్నత అధికారులు వింటారా ? వినరు కదా !
వింటే పోలీసు మరియు మిలిటరీ బలగాలే సమాజములో శాంతి నిలిపి తమను తాము ఆత్మ వంచన నుండి కాపాడుకున్న వారవుతారు . సమాజము (ధర్మము ) అనేది తనను తాను కాపాడుకోలేనంత బలహీనము కాదు అని పోలీసు వారు మరియు మిలిటరీ వారు గుర్తిస్తే వారిలో ఉన్న సామాజిక తప్పిదము అనేది స్వయం నిర్మూలన జరుగుతుంది .
జస్ట్ ! మైండ్ అనేది సమాజ వ్యతిరేకత నుండి సమాజ అనుకూలత కు మార్పు చేసుకోవటమే .
అంటే తనను తాను ఇతరుల నుండి చూసుకోవటమే .
అంటే సాధారణ (మిడి మిడి జ్ఞాన) మనస్తత్వము కలిగి ఉండటము ద్వారా " ప్రజాస్వామ్య మనస్తత్వము " గా నిలవడమే .
