There is difference between crime(illegality) and ill(immorality). ILLEGALITY IS UNACCOUNTABILITY. IMMORALITY IS INCONSISTENCY AGAINST ADVERSE QUESTIONS. Indian police and US govt don't know difference between illegality and immorality "Becuase both Indian police and US govt exist legal against their social immorality". World is maturing towards moral legality "because dignified name for self exists through cultivation of right character and good quality".
