M k Gandhi and myself made adversary's strength as our strength to retain ourselves and all other/s as strong and knowledgeables so that there is no need for arms "proliferation" in world by America and Russia. Soon America and Russia are,have to and will follow/tread India path towards goal of world "everlasting" peace. Adversary to peace is not external to any nation "but within nation in the form of enforcing law and instructing law". Law is to be told for making sense among other/s. Law is not supposed to be enforced and/or taught. Law need not be enforced in mature society. Law is naturally respected in mature society.
