I believe in bitter union and sweet world.O new delhi ! Time has come up that indian constitution must CHANGE INTO UNITED CHARACTER FROM PRESENT FEDERAL CHARACTER. Then only samaikyaandhra-telangana issue will settle down amicably. Modatiki mosam vachchindhile.

Yes! Vijay Mallya is declared "wilful defaulter" by ED and Banks. Does it mean that vijay mallya has duty to give answer to Arnab goswami questions ? Why don't media think that Vijay Mallya fled India because of heat caused by media ? Does Vijay Mallya have duty towards govt ED,Indian law courts and banks or towards Arnab goswami ?
