So people are allowed by govt to have public(Hindu) imagination(mythology) about public(govt) affairs. But govt reserves it's right to be public imagination to public imagination to make reality as true reality again. Working against immorality on permanent basis is also immorality on part of moral person.One has to leave immorality down after one level. Morality is three levels up.
