If any citizen thinks that govt is lame duck and puppet in the hands of irresponsible voices of people,then he/she will be in fools paradise.

Citizens have right to voice.
And citizens should be right in their voice.
If citizens are right in their voice,govt naturally responds in course of time.
If citizens are not right in their voice,govt makes them to be right in their voice in course of time by govt actions.

Yes! Vijay Mallya is declared "wilful defaulter" by ED and Banks. Does it mean that vijay mallya has duty to give answer to Arnab goswami questions ?
