Indian prime minister should be able to know all regional states cultures(cuisines,literature and art forms) well. Otherwise Indian PM can't be PM to all states people. Let's avoid seeing "top from bottom" in power circuit. Let's start seeing "bottom from top" in power circuit. As Indira Gandhi said in vijayawada PWD grounds meeting during 1983 AP state assembly elections,local issues need be seen from state level. State issues need be seen from national level. And national issues should be seen from international level.
