Bankers should leave their lazy-mindset by linking their salary accountability with crop-loans sanction(not recovery). At present,bankers re-scheduling of crop loans is faulty and immoral(inconsistent against adverse questions). It is my social research. One must be third angle TO third angle. If a person is using public imagination,then same person will eventually uses "other persons who are using public imagination" and thereby public imagination TO public imagination prevails among all people in world, At present,two-thirds are using public imagination. Good days which are optimistic days being public imagination TO public imagination are ahead. Avoid regressive-mindset in self and other/s. Regressive-mind if it exceeds one-fourth level will be socially-criminal.
