As every voter is talking like PM/CM by just reading political news in newspapers,then I should make EVERY VOTER as PM/CM TO PM/CM OF PM/CM as the world political leader. Am I wrong in making so ?

Yes! Vijay Mallya is declared "wilful defaulter" by ED and Banks. Does it mean that vijay mallya has duty to give answer to Arnab goswami questions ? Why don't media think that Vijay Mallya fled India because of heat caused by media ? Does Vijay Mallya have duty towards govt ED,Indian law courts and banks or towards Arnab goswami ?
