Truth is highly subjective.How can any judge bring out truth in courtroom than society? Truth is available(searched,reached and stayed) in society but not in court. Enquiry by court or Indian police is just meant for knowing truth which is searched,reached and stayed in court. Knowing truth is information. Staying true is subjective-sense(word).

Yes! Vijay Mallya is declared "wilful defaulter" by ED and Banks. Does it mean that vijay mallya has duty to give answer to Arnab goswami questions ? Why don't media think that Vijay Mallya fled India because of heat caused by media ? Does Vijay Mallya have duty towards govt ED,Indian law courts and banks or towards Arnab goswami ?
