If words are making others to think,then it is negative which means "negative of positive" or "positive of negative" in sense. If words are making to be work-minded,then it is positive which means "negative of negative" or "positive of positive" in sense.

Yes! Vijay Mallya is declared "wilful defaulter" by ED and Banks. Does it mean that vijay mallya has duty to give answer to Arnab goswami questions ? Why don't media think that Vijay Mallya fled India because of heat caused by media ? Does Vijay Mallya have duty towards govt ED,Indian law courts and banks or towards Arnab goswami ?
