Man and wife relation is double-twisted which can't be argued in courtroom by words. Man and wife relation is spiritual which can be experienced mutually as individuals.

How can any law court judge see man and wife as physical beings alone ?
Wife is to make man as man again to be his wife.
Man is to make wife as wife again to be her husband.

Yes! Vijay Mallya is declared "wilful defaulter" by ED and Banks. Does it mean that vijay mallya has duty to give answer to Arnab goswami questions ? Why don't media think that Vijay Mallya fled India because of heat caused by media ? Does Vijay Mallya have duty towards govt ED,Indian law courts and banks or towards Arnab goswami ?
